Best Buy Budget Cameras

Nikon D750

The Nikon D750 is a 23-megapixel full frame camera, best for pro’s looking for high-sensitivity quality and speed for action shooting with a viewfinder giving 100% coverage that is bright and comfortable to use. Moreover, the LCD screen easily tilts to 90 degree up or down. The video and still quality is superb with JPEG’s clean up to ISO 1600 and videos sharp up to ISO 3200. The camera’s 6.6 fps continuous shooting performance for unlimited JPEG’s is it’s main highlight. The autofocus is reasonable along with the Group AF feature, which is great for panning. With dual SD card slots, the Nikon D750 is the best overall camera in terms of photo quality and performance.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000 is a great fix lens camera with high a quality zoom range for those looking for and entry-level SLR that is compact and easy to use. With a combination of 6x f2.8-4.0 25-400mm lens and a 1-inch 20-megapixel MOS sensor, the image quality is simply excellent. The camera also records sharp videos at resolution up to 4k with a five-step speed control zoom option for smooth movement while recording. With an expansive control and settings menu, high-resolution electronic viewfinder, flip out LCD screen and hot shoe for flash, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000 is a great for still and video shooting with the look of a DSLR.

Sony Alpha ILCE-7 (A7)

The Sony Alpha ILCE-7 (A7) is a great 24-megapixel full frame camera with interchangeable-lens duo option giving you an attractive photo and video quality. The JPEG’s are clean through ISO 800 and up to ISO 1280 with reasonable video recording even in low light. The camera has a large sturdy body with a substantial grip, electronic viewfinder, and bright tilting LCD screen. It also encompasses a USB charging slot, exposure combination dial and customizable control options along with Wi-Fi and NFC support also compatible with apps on the Sony PlayMemories app store. For a compact model, the Sony Alpha ILCE-7 (A7) overall provides good image quality and a great shooting experience.

Sony Alpha A6000

The Sony Alpha A6000 is good 24-megapixel interchangeable-lens camera with the ability to shoot at 11fps with autofocus and auto-exposure, for at least 50 JPEGs or more. The image details are sharp in raw processing too even as low as ISO 800 and video shooting is also quite good with solid control over artifacts. The camera has a good grip and tilting flash. Overall, the Sony Alpha A6000 is great for those looking for speedy continuous shooting.

Sony A7R II

The Sony A7R II is a 42-megapixel full frame camera with 4k video shooting and great image quality even up to ISO 102400. The camera’s dust and weather seal body give a comfortable sturdy grip even for heavy lenses. It can sustain a burst of 5fps, with autofocus and auto-exposure, in either raw or JPEG for about 24 shots. Moreover, with a customizable control menu, electronic viewfinder, and tilting LCD screen, it’s a great camera for those who need a high-resolution full-frame model in a more compact design than a DSLR.
