How to Properly Organize Your Phone

We check our mobile phones around 150 times an average. From checking the latest updates on the game to responding to emails at work or even scrolling through Facebook.
Despite the fact that we spend so much time on our devices we never really thought about making our devices “stress free” or just making those minor changes which make a lot of difference.
Organized Home Screen
Having an organized home screen is possibly one of the most important overlooked aspects of organizing our phones. Both Android and I Phone have an option for creating folders on the home screen which enables you to categorize apps. For Example; A social folder for Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Whatsapp etc.
Removing Useless Apps
You know those apps which just seem to exist in your phone and also have little or no function in your everyday life, well they just add to the clutter. The best way to deal with them is to either put them into a folder or just move them to the last page.
Health Concerns
Using your mobile before dozing off is a pretty normal ritual for all of us, but it proves to be more harmful than it actually seems like. It’s better to shift the phones setting to a warm contrast. This setting in IOS is the Night Shift and similar settings can be found in android.
