Unfolding bits of Samsung Foldable Mystery

As secretive as a Chinese or Samsung? That is what we are wondering about. Not the adage but Samsung’s latest foldable mysterious smartphone The Galaxy X.
It does actually fold. It’s got a 7.3 inch foldable screen according to Samsung Display sources. It’s smarter than usual smartphones considering how Samsung achieved this feat. There is another wraparound smartphone the outfolding Samsung Galaxy. The infolding type has a more drastic curvature rate compared to the other type. But due to the durability issue, the outfolding type is considered a more advanced next-generation technology step. But for time being let us stick to the wonder that was revealed at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2018.
The Samsung Galaxy X was ‘privately’ revealed at CES 2018 in Las Vegas (the world’s one of largest tech platforms showcasing technology products since the last 50 years now). Samsung’s objective? Perhaps to hand pick clients for the initial release. To test the prototype in a chosen focus group or to have the marketing insights from various regions. Could be any or all reasons.
However the Korean tech Giant let known that the foldable Samsung Galaxy X – infolding type – will be marketed by the end of this year. So keep your fingers crossed for November- December 2018. But do worry budget-wise. This smartphone wonder will surely make a dent in what you call your pocket. Maybe that is why it is Galaxy X. Now Samsung marks the better curvature, hi-resolution, larger display, better tech architecture with X. Flagship? Or just the first step in creating the newer generation Flagship smartphones.
If you recall, years ago the launch of Samsung Note 1, USA models took the market by storm and were nicknamed the first tablet-smartphones. And Samsung seems to be in the same mood after the setback of Note7. But make no mistakes – on a head to head – with IPhone, Samsung is now bound to make lesser blunders and churning out trend-setting devices again. Let’s see when we get the Samsung Galaxy X in our hands to share with you a full review.
